Product Introduction

Fully Automatic Open Cup Flash Point and Ignition Point Tester This instrument primarily determines the minimum temperature at which petroleum products and other flammable liquids, when mixed with air under specified conditions, flash ignite and burn upon encountering an ignition source. The open cup flash point tester is widely used in railways, aviation, power generation, petroleum industries, and research institutions to ensure the safe storage, transportation, and use of materials.

The open cup flash point tester heats according to the temperature curve specified in GB/T 3536—2008. It automatically ignites when the temperature approaches the preset flash point value. Upon detecting the flash point and fire point, the instrument automatically locks the results, displays and prints them, while simultaneously activating the fan to automatically cool the heater.
