Product Introduction

The online oil particle counter employs the optical blockage (light-blocking) counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee. It is a dedicated device for on-site, online measurement of oil contamination levels. Featuring a compact size, lightweight design, rapid detection speed, high precision, and excellent repeatability, it operates reliably under extreme conditions such as high temperatures and pressures. Suitable for engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, water-based fluids (water-based hydraulic oil, water-glycol, etc.), alcohols, ketones, and all other transparent solvents. Widely applicable in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation/port, steel/metallurgy, and automotive manufacturing sectors.
