Fully Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester

The fully automatic closed-cup flash point tester is an instrument specifically designed to measure the minimum temperature at which a flammable liquid, such as petroleum products or chemical solvents, forms a combustible gas mixture with air in a closed container and produces an instantaneous flash upon encountering an ignition source. It is widely applicable in power generation, petroleum, chemical engineering, commodity inspection, and scientific research to ensure the safe storage, transportation, and use of materials.

The fully automatic closed-cup flash point tester heats according to the temperature curve specified in GB/T 261-2021. It automatically ignites when the temperature approaches the expected flash point value. Upon detecting the flash point, the instrument automatically locks the result, displays and prints it, while simultaneously activating the fan to automatically cool the heater.
