Portable Oil Particle Counter

The portable oil particle counter employs the specific optical blockage (light-shielding) counting principle established by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee, serving as a dedicated rapid on-site device for assessing oil contamination levels. It offers advantages including compact size, lightweight design, fast detection speed, high precision, and excellent repeatability, capable of operating under extremely harsh conditions such as high temperatures and pressures.

Equipped with built-in moisture and temperature sensors, it simultaneously measures water content and oil temperature during contamination testing. Suitable for engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, and other fluids, it finds extensive application in power plants, aerospace, petrochemicals, transportation/ports, steel/metallurgy, automotive manufacturing, and related industries.
