Airborne Microorganism Sampler

The airborne microbial sampler is a highly efficient porous inhalation-type dust and microbial sampler. Designed based on the particle impaction principle and isokinetic sampling theory, it enables direct sampling. The air velocity at the sampling port is essentially consistent with the cleanroom air velocity, allowing for more accurate reflection of microbial concentrations within the cleanroom.

During sampling, air laden with dust and microorganisms passes rapidly through micro-pores, impacting the agar surface within the culture dish. After collection, the agar dish is sealed. These viable microorganisms undergo kinetic rehydration during cultivation, enabling rapid growth and faster results.

This instrument features a unique, innovative two-part structure: the upper section houses the sampling port, sampling base, and air pump, while the lower section contains the controller and battery. The sampling port and outer casing are crafted from premium aerospace-grade aluminum with a closed-pore surface treatment, facilitating sterilization and disinfection prior to use.
