The Comprehensive Sampler for Atmospheric and Flue Gas Particulate Matter integrates dual-channel sampling for atmospheric gases, particulate matter (TSP, PM10, PM2.5), heavy metals, fluorides, dual-channel VOCs, dual-channel flue gas sampling, dual-channel flue gas VOC sampling, and constant temperature/constant flow functionality. It provides a comprehensive solution for sampling various toxic and harmful gases, total suspended particulates (TSP), inhalable particles (PM10, PM2.5), VOCs in environmental air and flue gas. This instrument features low power consumption, low noise, compact size, light weight, high load capacity, and superior sampling performance.

The instrument can be equipped with an optional GPRS wireless transmission module, enabling remote control via the internet and real-time monitoring of the instrument's operational status. After extensive long-term testing, the sampler meets the requirements for long-term, trouble-free operation even in harsh field environments.

  • VOC sampling achieves flow resolution down to 0.1mL/min. The orifice plate incorporates a built-in waterproof sensor, preventing corrosion damage from backflow of absorbent liquid and significantly reducing instrument failure rates.

  • Features heating and cooling functions with foam insulation to ensure constant-temperature sampling.

  • Particulate matter sampling utilizes an imported brushless fan for stable flow and strong load capacity.

  • Scheduled sampling allows independent control of each sampling channel, enabling sampling to start at any time within the day.

  • Power failure recovery: Continuously records sampling progress and automatically resumes sampling upon power restoration.
