Portable Dual-Channel Atmospheric Sampler

The Portable Dual-Channel Atmospheric Sampler (hereinafter referred to as the sampler) is designed for absorption bottle sampling in ambient air and VOC sampling in air. It represents our company's comprehensive solution for sampling various toxic and harmful gases in environmental air. This instrument features low power consumption, low noise, compact size, light weight, and high load capacity, delivering superior sampling performance.

The sampling drive employs an imported brushless diaphragm pump. Extensive testing has achieved a flow rate resolution of 0.1 mL/min for Model A VOC sampling, with a true display error of ±2.5% across the entire flow range. An optional built-in battery ensures over 12 hours of continuous sampling.

The instrument can be equipped with an optional GPRS wireless transmission module, enabling remote control via the internet and real-time monitoring of operational status. Through extensive long-term testing, the sampler meets the requirements for sustained, trouble-free operation even in harsh field environments.

• Model A VOC sampling achieves a minimum flow resolution of 0.1 mL/min, with flow rates as low as 10 mL, fully meeting VOC sampling requirements. Scheduled sampling allows independent control of each channel, enabling sampling to start at any time within the day.

• Power failure recovery automatically resumes sampling after power restoration while maintaining real-time recording of the sampling process.

• User-friendly interface with an extra-large touchscreen display. The interface presents richer data with a simple and intuitive style, making operation easy to learn. Supports storage and printing, accommodating up to one million sets of sampling files. Optional Bluetooth printer available for printing stored files.

• Built-in battery with up to 12 hours of runtime.

• Integrated high-performance sampling pump enables dual-channel constant-flow sampling for both ambient air and VOCs, with independent flow and time control. Built-in absorption vials and desiccant cartridges ensure sample integrity throughout the process.

• Supports remote data transmission via Wi-Fi, 4G, or 5G connectivity.
