Product Introduction

The Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometer is a fully automated, intelligent instrument developed by our company through years of R&D expertise. It is designed to determine the content of major, minor, trace, and semi-metallic elements in various substances.

This instrument employs a PC-based system with Chinese interface software, ensuring simple, intuitive operation. Utilizing advanced electronic circuitry and USB 2.0 communication control, it automatically adjusts functions including wavelength scanning, peak location, spectral bandwidth, rotating element lamp holder, atomizer height and position, fuel gas flow, lamp current, and photomultiplier tube negative high voltage.

The instrument stores reference operating conditions for all elements analyzed across multiple methods. Users may modify these conditions as needed and save operating parameters, calibration curves, and test results for future retrieval and processing.

Product Features

  • The total internal reflection achromatic optical system employs a convex lens as the instrument's focusing element, effectively resolving chromatic aberration issues caused by differing focal lengths of various elements while enhancing optical efficiency.

  • Featuring an eight-element lighthouse design with eight independent lamp power supplies, it enables seven lamps to preheat while one operates, reducing lamp replacement and preheating time.

  • C-T monochromator employing an 1800L/mm diffraction grating with a diffraction peak at 230nm as the spectroscopic system.

  • Fully automated design: all instrument functions are controlled except for the main power switch.

  • USB 3.0 communication interface, industry-first adoption of USB 3.0 for enhanced data transfer speeds and broad computer system compatibility.

  • Background correction system with dual modes: deuterium lamp and self-absorption. Achieves over 40x background subtraction capability at 1A background signal.

  • Flame System
    (1) Pure titanium atomization chamber and combustion head effectively prevent corrosion for extended service life.
    (2) High-efficiency glass atomizer with dedicated impact ball design ensures superior atomization efficiency and simplified maintenance.
