The Food Safety Raman Detection System is a rapid testing instrument for food and pharmaceutical safety developed based on Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) technology and enhanced reagent preparation techniques. It provides innovative solutions to critical challenges in food and pharmaceutical safety. The system enables rapid sample processing, detection, and result analysis within a short timeframe. The system covers a wide range of detection items including pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, additives, and health supplements. It supports database upgrades as needed or allows users to add personalized detection items through its self-built library function.

Test the following items:
1. Pesticide residues: Methyl isocarbophos, Methomyl, DDT, Cypermethrin, Carbendazim, etc.
2. Veterinary drug residues: Clenbuterol hydrochloride, Gentamicin, Enrofloxacin, Crystal violet, Malachite green, etc.
3. Toxic and harmful substances: Bisphenol A, benzo[a]pyrene, potassium chloride, cyanide, paraquat, etc.
4. Toxic substances: Cyanide, paraquat, bromadiolone, warfarin, diethyldithiocarbamate, atoxyl, etc.
5. Prohibited Additives: Alizarin Yellow, Sudan Red I, Melamine, Sodium Thiocyanate, Sodium Sulfide, Sodium Fluorescein, etc.
