The Y20 Liquid Particle Counter is an upgraded version of the Y10, employing the light-blocking (opacity) counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee. It is specifically designed for rapid on-site detection and analysis of oil particle size, cleanliness, and contamination levels.
Featuring a compact size, lightweight design, fast detection speed, high accuracy, and excellent repeatability, it operates reliably under extremely harsh conditions such as high temperatures and pressures. Integrated micro-water and temperature sensors enable simultaneous monitoring of water content and oil temperature during contamination testing. This particle counter is suitable for transformer oil (insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, and other fluids. It finds extensive application across power plants, aerospace, petrochemicals, transportation/ports, steel/metallurgy, and automotive manufacturing sectors.
