The Activated Carbon Strength Tester is designed and developed in accordance with GB/T 7702.3-2008 “Test Methods for Coal-Based Granular Activated Carbon - Determination of Strength” and GB/T 12496.6 “Test Methods for Lignite-Based Activated Carbon - Determination of Strength.” It is suitable for determining the strength of coal-based granular activated carbon and lignite-based activated carbon.
Under specified test conditions, the instrument places activated carbon samples into a drum containing steel balls. Upon activation, timing commences. Through the drum's mechanical motion, the sample undergoes abrasion. Changes in particle size are measured, and the strength of the activated carbon sample is calculated based on the mass fraction of retained material on the test sieve relative to the original sample mass.
The national standard certification testing system strictly adheres to national standards in its testing methods, ensuring the authority of the data.
High-precision timing system with timing error ≤1 second, meeting the requirements for long-term testing.
Intelligent human-machine interaction design with key parameters clearly visible and easy to operate.
