Sealing Tester (also known as Negative Pressure Seal Tester) This product is suitable for seal testing of flexible packaging items such as bags, bottles, tubes, cans, and boxes in industries including food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automotive, electronic components, and stationery. Testing enables effective comparison and evaluation of flexible packaging sealing processes and performance, providing scientific basis for determining relevant technical specifications. It can also test seal integrity of specimens after drop or pressure resistance tests.
This product employs the negative pressure testing principle. By evacuating the vacuum chamber, an internal-external pressure differential is created on the water-immersed sample. The escape of internal gases is observed to determine the sample's seal integrity. Alternatively, by evacuating the vacuum chamber, an internal-external pressure differential is created on the sample. The sample's expansion and its shape recovery after vacuum release are observed to determine the sample's seal integrity.
This instrument complies with multiple national and international standards: GB/T15171, ASTMD3078, GB/T27728, YBB00112002-2015, YBB00122002-2015, YBB00262002-2015, YBB0005-2015, YBB00092002-2015, YBB00392003-2015, YBB00112002-2015.
