Product Introduction

The solvent recovery rotary evaporator is an advanced piece of laboratory equipment widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biopharmaceutical industries. It is specifically designed for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery, and is capable of meeting the demands of high-efficiency experiments.

Under vacuum conditions, this equipment uses constant-temperature heating to rotate the rotary flask at a constant speed, causing the material to form a large-area film on the flask wall, thereby achieving rapid and efficient evaporation. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered into a collection flask, significantly improving evaporation efficiency. This feature makes it particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of heat-sensitive or easily decomposable bioproducts.

Our solvent recovery rotary evaporator can be integrated with a variety of equipment, including recirculating water vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, low-temperature recirculating (vacuum) pumps, recirculating chillers, thermostatic circulators, and low-temperature cooling liquid recirculating pumps, to build a highly efficient experimental system that meets diverse experimental requirements.
