Fully Automatic Ion Chromatography Autosampler

The fully automatic ion chromatography autosampler features user-friendly operation, high accuracy, and automated control. It can be integrated with instruments such as ion chromatographs and liquid chromatographs, connecting to a computer via an RS485 serial communication interface. Employing an electric valve full-tube injection method, it delivers exceptional precision and repeatability. Capable of direct trace-level sample injection and rapid analysis, it effectively addresses issues such as injection residue, injection speed, and injection reproducibility. Users can configure parameters including injection volume and cleaning frequency. The instrument automatically detects the presence or absence of sample vials, preventing damage to chromatographic instruments from empty injections.

The sample vials used with this instrument are 2mL capacity, with dimensions of 11.6mm (diameter) × 32mm (height). These standard GC/HPLC vials feature a 6mm bore and a 9-425 standard threaded mouth, compatible with various autosamplers and sample storage systems. They can be used with 9-425 threaded vial caps and seals.

CRITICAL NOTE: When purchasing vial caps and seals, they MUST include pre-cut openings!

This instrument can only accommodate sample vials of the exact specifications listed above. Using incompatible vials will cause irreversible damage to the equipment. To change sample vial capacity, contact the manufacturer to order custom sample trays and driver software.

After injecting samples into the vial, the cap must be securely tightened. Failure to do so may result in the cap's isolation spacer being drawn into the vial by the needle.
