The Smart Thermal Desorption Instrument is a sample pretreatment device for gas chromatography analysis. It is suitable for detecting benzene compounds and TVOC in ambient air. Unlike traditional thermal desorption instruments, we have upgraded and optimized the entire system by integrating modern high-tech injection techniques. This reduces human interference in data acquisition and enhances the reproducibility of experimental results.
The intelligent thermal desorption instrument utilizes stainless steel composite tubes to capture organic compounds. After collecting a specific volume of sample, the adsorption tube is placed within the instrument and heated to 300°C to desorb the adsorbed substances. The sample is then transferred via an insulated injection tube to a gas chromatograph for analysis.
