Automatic potentiometric titration equipment is a precision instrument used in chemical analysis. It determines the concentration of specific components in a sample by automatically adding titrant. This instrument operates based on the principle of potentiometric titration, which identifies the titration endpoint by monitoring changes in the cell's electromotive force during the titration process. The equipment complies with the 0.05 accuracy class specified in the national verification regulations JJG 814-2015 “Automatic Potentiometric Titrators,” meaning the maximum indicated value error is ±1.5%, and the repeatability of the indicated value is ≤0.2%.

  • Three Practical Functions of the Instrument
    (1) Degassing: Removes air bubbles from the burette or tubing to prevent titration errors caused by bubbles.
    (2) Tubing Flushing: Fills the tubing with reagent using minimal consumption, saving reagent while reducing titration errors introduced by reagent mixing.
    (3) Emptying: Collects residual liquid from tubing into the burette after experiments, preventing chemical spills during disassembly.
