A Smart Flammeter is a relative measurement instrument based on the principle of atomic emission spectroscopy (flame color reaction), primarily used to determine the concentrations of alkali and alkaline earth metals (such as potassium, sodium, calcium, and lithium) in solutions.
The concentration value of the sample being tested is a relative value compared to the concentration of a standard solution under the same testing conditions. Before testing, a set of standard solutions must be prepared, followed by a calibration procedure. A standard curve is then plotted—either manually or by the instrument—and finally, the sample is tested to obtain its concentration value or other required calculated data.
It is widely applicable to sample preparation requirements in environmental monitoring, agriculture and the fertilizer industry, the food industry, chemical manufacturing, medical and clinical diagnostics, geology, mining, and the new energy sector.

Features a 7-inch color capacitive touchscreen LCD for convenient operation, compact size, and stable, reliable performance.
Includes direct-reading concentration measurement for five elements—potassium, sodium, lithium, calcium, and barium—and can simultaneously measure any combination of three elements.
High-transmittance, ultra-low stray light filters reduce background interference to achieve a higher signal-to-noise ratio.
Features a one-touch ignition function for quick and convenient operation; uses a built-in air pump, eliminating the need for an external gas source.
It uses a proprietary high-performance nebulizer that ensures uniform and efficient atomization, as well as smooth and stable sample aspiration and injection, guaranteeing the accuracy and stability of analytical results.
It can store standard curve parameters for up to 10 data points per set, with a total capacity of 20 curve sets.
Equipped with a moisture separator to prevent the impact of environmental changes and ensure stable analytical results.
Equipped with a flameout protection device that automatically shuts off the gas solenoid valve upon flameout.
Features a single-point calibration function for quick correction in the event of baseline drift.
Includes a history print function and USB flash drive export capability.
