The Wheat Processing Precision Tester measures the color, bran inclusion content, number of bran inclusions per unit area, bran inclusion area, and whiteness of wheat flour. The difference in bran inclusion count between two consecutive tests on the same sample is less than 10% of the arithmetic mean. Color value repeatability: ΔE*ab ≤ 0.5.
The instrument has passed the standard applicability verification by the Grain Bureau's Standard Quality Center, meeting the requirements for determining industry standard samples of wheat flour processing precision as stipulated by the Grain Bureau, as well as the requirements of GB/T 27628-2011 “Grain and Oil Inspection - Determination of Color and Bran Speckles in Wheat Flour.”
