1. Product Overview and Application Scope

The LD series antibiotic detectors include LD-KS1, LD-KS2, LD-SK and LD-KSS models, which are professional rapid detection equipment for antibiotic residues in aquatic products, livestock and poultry meat, eggs and other food samples. The instruments are widely applicable to farmers’ markets, seafood markets, food deep-processing enterprises, food and drug administration departments, health departments, aquatic farms, inspection and quarantine institutions, agricultural departments and third-party testing organizations.

The detectors adopt fluorescence immunochromatography and colloidal gold inhibition immunochromatography principles, realizing rapid qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative detection of common antibiotic residues. The whole detection process is simple in sample pretreatment, fast in reaction and free from complex laboratory operations, supporting on-site mobile detection and conventional laboratory testing.

2. Detection Principle

LD-KS1 and LD-KS2 adopt fluorescence immunochromatography principle, equipped with imported fluorescent microspheres with uniform particle size to ensure high detection accuracy and reading precision. The integrated incubation and detection design avoids manual operation errors, with the whole reaction completed within 10 minutes. The closed constant temperature system works stably at 37 ℃, free from interference of external light and heat environment.

LD-SK and LD-KSS adopt inhibition immunochromatography principle. Antibiotics in samples bind with colloidal gold labeled specific monoclonal antibodies in lateral flow process, inhibiting the combination of antibodies and conjugates on NC membrane. The instrument uses orbital automatic transmission scanning, automatically identifies CT lines and generates coordinate curve analysis results without manual adjustment.

3.1 LD-KS2 Antibiotic Detector

It is equipped with 7-inch 1920×1200 capacitive touch screen, Android 7.1 system, 1+8GB internal storage. It has 6 independent detection channels for simultaneous detection of multiple items without mutual interference. Built-in quantitative standard curve supports remote OTA upgrade, no standard curve preparation required during detection.

It supports multi-mode data transmission including WiFi, dual USB Type-A, USB Type-B and LAN interface; data storage capacity reaches over 100,000 records with query, statistics and batch processing functions. Built-in thermal printer can output test reports in real time. The host size is 308mm×205mm×91mm with net weight about 2.7kg. Matched with 800×340×540mm military-grade shockproof IP54 waterproof trolley case with silent universal wheels and aviation aluminum material.

Core technical indicators: accuracy error ≤5%, stability SW ≤5%, repeatability CV ≤3%, resolution 0.001; single reading time <5 seconds; incubation temperature range from room temperature +5℃ to 60℃; working environment temperature 0(℃, humidity 090%; input power AC100V-240V, output DC12V/5A. It supports self-inspection of equipment and reagent cards, with automatic card insertion judgment function.

3.2 LD-KS1 Antibiotic Detector

Equipped with 10.1-inch 1280×800 high-definition touch screen, Android7.1.1 system, single detection channel. Matched with 8-hole independent constant temperature incubator with automatic timing and buzzer reminder. It adopts 365nm light source and photovoltaic cell detector, supporting automatic scanning detection.

It has ultra-large storage of over 1,000,000 records and expandable TF card. The host size is 300×235×125mm with net weight 2.2kg, equipped with supporting shockproof and waterproof trolley case. The thermal printer uses 57*30mm printing paper; it supports WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, radio frequency card reading and scanning module. The accuracy, stability and repeatability indicators are consistent with LD-KS2, with built-in project upper limit automatic over-standard judgment function.

3.3 LD-SK Aquatic Product Antibiotic Detector

Adopts ARM Cortex-A7 RK3288 quad-core 1.88GHz processor, 7-inch liquid crystal touch screen. It supports AC/DC dual-purpose power supply, 12V DC vehicle power connection and optional 6Ah lithium battery for outdoor mobile detection. It is built-in camera to capture real-time images of gold standard cards and automatically generate CT curve graphs.

It supports WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G and wired network data uploading to food safety supervision platform, with storage capacity of 200,000 records and Excel data export function. It has built-in national limit standards for real-time comparison, automatic sample number accumulation and uninterrupted continuous sampling. Compatible with all commercial colloidal gold cards, it supports firmware upgrade, calibration and factory reset. Host size 43×35×19cm, net weight 5.2kg.

3.4 LD-KSS Antibiotic Detector

It adopts industrial ABS engineering plastic chassis for portable mobile test, equipped with Android system and multi-network transmission functions. Integrated with food safety, pesticide residue and colloidal gold detection modules, it realizes unified detection on one software interface. It has user password lock function to prevent unauthorized operation, built-in sample database for one-click editing and saving of sample information.

It supports U disk data copy and batch report printing; detection results can be uploaded to supervision platform for regional food safety early warning and big data statistical analysis. The light source realizes automatic brightness calibration without temperature drift during long-term operation, with the same 200,000 data storage capacity and expandable detection items as LD-SK.

4. Detection Items and Detection Range

The scheme is applicable to routine detection of common antibiotic residues in aquatic products, livestock and poultry meat and eggs, with specific items and ranges as follows:

1. Chloramphenicol: sample for aquatic products, detection range 0.1–10ppb

2. Total Sulfonamides: samples for aquatic products and livestock & poultry meat, detection range 2.0–500ppb

3. Enrofloxacin: samples for eggs and livestock & poultry meat, detection range 0.5–50ppb

4. Florfenicol: samples for eggs and livestock & poultry meat, detection range 3.0–300ppb

Extended detectable items of LD-SK and LD-KSS include malachite green, tetracyclines, nitrofuran metabolites, quinolones, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, diazepam, gentamicin, streptomycin and other veterinary drug and antibiotic residues.

5. Detection Process & Data Management

Sample pretreatment is simple and labor-saving with no professional training required; operation video is built in the instrument for quick learning. Put the treated sample into the test card, insert into the detection channel, and the instrument will automatically identify the card and start detection. The reading time is less than 5 seconds, and the incubation reaction is completed within 10–30 minutes according to different models.

The detection results display item name, concentration, unit, inspection unit, inspector and detection time on the touch screen, and support real-time thermal printing. All instruments support WiFi, Bluetooth, USB and network port multi-channel data transmission, realizing local storage, U disk backup and remote uploading to supervision platform. The system has built-in query, statistics and batch data processing functions, and the data will not be lost after power off, supporting long-term traceability of detection records.

6. Quality Control Advantage

All instruments adopt imported fluorescent microspheres and high-precision optical sensors, effectively solving the repeatability fluctuation between batches. Built-in standard curve eliminates the need for standard consumables and avoids personnel contact with toxin samples.
