Vacuum Sealing Test Equipment (also known as Negative Pressure Sealing Tester) is suitable for sealing tests on flexible packaging items such as bags, bottles, tubes, cans, and boxes in industries including food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automotive, electronic components, and stationery. The test effectively compares and evaluates the sealing process and performance of flexible packaging, providing scientific basis for determining relevant technical indicators. It can also test the sealing performance of specimens after drop and pressure resistance tests.
This product employs the negative pressure testing principle. By evacuating the vacuum chamber, an internal-external pressure differential is created on the water-immersed sample. The escape of internal gases is observed to determine the sample's seal integrity. Alternatively, by evacuating the vacuum chamber, an internal-external pressure differential is induced on the sample. The sample's expansion and subsequent shape recovery after vacuum release are observed to assess its seal performance.
