To meet the needs of nuclear industry, radiation environmental protection, and scientific research institutions for monitoring trace uranium samples, our company has successfully developed a fully automatic trace uranium analyzer.
The instrument incorporates a new ultraviolet light source manufactured by a renowned international company. This light source features exceptional stability and reliability, with a pulse tube lifespan of ≥5 years. Using the standard addition method, it can analyze up to 80,000 samples. The circuit design employs a new microcontroller. All testing operations require only light taps on the corresponding options displayed in Chinese on the LCD touchscreen. The device includes a built-in shaker function, eliminating the need for an external shaker. The entire system is fully integrated and automated. Following agitation, samples can be analyzed using either the standard addition method or calibration curve method. The microcontroller automatically generates regression curves and linear regression equations for direct data processing. Final test results are simultaneously displayed on the LCD screen and printed via the integrated printer.
The instrument features a 100Base-T Ethernet port for direct data transfer to computers, positioning it as an upgraded successor to comparable instruments.
