This ultrasonic hardness tester represents an innovative design developed by our company based on in-depth research into ultrasonic hardness measurement principles.
Common materials include steel, cast steel, copper, and aluminum alloys. Three new “User Material” functions have been added, complemented by an operation wizard, enabling rapid testing of special or novel materials! This expands the application scope of ultrasonic hardness testers.
Applicable to the following fields:
1. Installed machinery or permanently assembled components
2. Mold cavities
3. Heavy-duty workpieces
4. Failure analysis of pressure vessels, steam turbine generator sets, and related equipment
5. Workpieces with extremely limited testing space
6. Bearings and other components
7. Applications requiring formal documentation of test results
8. Material identification in metal storage facilities
9. Rapid inspection of multiple measurement points across large workpieces
