The Molecular Sieve Crushing Strength Tester is a new type of testing instrument that utilizes high-precision sensor technology and features a digital display. Granule strength testing involves applying gradually increasing axial pressure to cause a single granule to fracture, recording the maximum pressure it withstands before breaking as an indicator of strength. Brittle granules fracture when the pressure exceeds the critical failure threshold, while the compressive strength of different granule types is determined by analyzing the mechanical response characteristics during the loading process.
