The Sample Concentrator is a novel concentration and volumetric product jointly developed by our company to meet laboratory requirements, prioritizing user convenience, safety, speed, and stability. This product eliminates the drawbacks of conventional water bath heating methods that cause sample contamination, ensuring sample safety and accuracy. It features unattended operation, precise volume control, and high-throughput concentration capabilities. With multi-group data storage functionality, it achieves fully automated quantitative and batch concentration. Throughout the entire concentration process, it transforms the cumbersome procedure into a flexible, hassle-free, efficient, and safe operation.
Sample Capacity: Simultaneously concentrates 1 to 12 samples.
Dry heating method simplifies replacement of heating water.
Endpoint Detection: Each channel features an optical sensor for automatic, independent endpoint detection without manual supervision.
Flexible parameter settings and convenient sample loading/unloading eliminate cumbersome preparation steps while reducing operator exposure to toxic organic solvents.
Endpoint Volume: Automatically senses and sets final volumes to 1.0 ml, 0.5 ml, or near-dry (approx. 0.1 ml; volume specifications optional). Extended operation can completely evaporate solvents. Concentration bottles of different specifications can be used interchangeably simultaneously.
Interrupted Operation: Automatically saves the work status when the lid is opened during operation. The instrument resumes the interrupted program without requiring re-setting of working parameters or channels.
Working parameters are freely configurable, controllable, and displayed in real time: primary parameters include temperature, nitrogen blowing time, and gas pressure.
Control Mode: Users may select manual or intelligent control for blowdown endpoint based on actual conditions.
The sealed structure design and integrated exhaust system collectively vent organic volatiles and water vapor, preventing solvent diffusion in the workspace. This safeguards operator health and minimizes environmental pollution.
Gas Pressure: Nitrogen blowing pressure adjustable within 0~0.50 MPa range. Built-in automatic pressure regulation maintains constant set pressure regardless of sudden opening/closing of sample channels or quantity variations.
Volume Sensitivity: Ten-level adjustable sensitivity ensures accurate concentration and volume determination for solvents of varying colors or light transmittance.
Alarm Indication: Displays alerts when the lid is opened, concentration is complete, or nitrogen pressure is insufficient.
All rubber components are manufactured from plasticizer-free silicone to prevent sample contamination from the instrument.
