Our fully automatic multi-functional nitrogen blowdown equipment is a new type of concentration and volumetric product jointly developed by our company based on laboratory usage requirements, considering user convenience, safety, speed, and stability from multiple perspectives. This product eliminates the drawbacks of conventional water bath heating methods that cause sample contamination, ensuring sample safety and accuracy. It features unattended operation, precise volume control, and high-throughput concentration capabilities. With multi-group data storage functionality, it achieves fully automated quantitative and batch concentration. Throughout the entire concentration process, it transforms the cumbersome procedure into a flexible, hassle-free, efficient, and safe operation.
Capable of concentrating 1 to 4 samples simultaneously. Each working channel is equipped with an optical sensor for automatic, independent endpoint detection, eliminating the need for manual supervision.
Automatically senses and sets the volume to 1.0 ml, 0.5 ml, or near-dry (approx. 0.1 ml; volume specifications are optional). Extending the time appropriately can also evaporate the solvent completely. Concentration bottles of different specifications can be used interchangeably at the same time.
Working parameters are freely configurable, controllable, and displayed in real-time: primary parameters include temperature, nitrogen blowing time, and gas pressure.
The instrument incorporates an automatic pressure regulation system that automatically adjusts to the set purging pressure and maintains it constantly, unaffected by sudden opening/closing of working channels (samples) or variations in sample quantity.
Users may select either manual or intelligent control modes to determine the purging endpoint based on actual conditions.
Alarm notifications: Displayed when the lid is opened, concentration is complete, or nitrogen pressure is insufficient.
If the lid is opened during operation, the instrument automatically intelligently remembers the working state and resumes the interrupted program without requiring re-setting of working parameters or channels.
All rubber components are manufactured from plasticizer-free silicone to prevent sample contamination from the instrument.
Flexible parameter settings and convenient sample loading/unloading eliminate cumbersome preparation steps while reducing operator exposure to toxic organic solvents.
The sealed structure design and built-in powerful exhaust system collectively expel organic volatile components and water vapor, preventing the diffusion of organic solvents within the experimental workspace. This safeguards operator health and avoids environmental pollution.
The instrument utilizes dry heating, facilitating easy replacement of heating water by the user.
