The semi-automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is an instrument used to determine nitrogen and protein content according to the Kjeldahl method. It integrates the experimental process—from distillation to condensation—which previously required manual operation, into a single device for automatic execution, thereby significantly reducing the workload involved in testing.
It is widely used for the analysis of nitrogen and protein in fields such as food processing, feed production, tobacco, animal husbandry, soil and fertilizer, environmental monitoring, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, scientific research, and education.
Complies with the standard GB/T 33862-2017 “Fully (Semi-)Automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzers.”
Android 10 operating system, 7-inch touchscreen.
Automatically performs liquid addition steps such as adding alkali, boric acid, diluent, and distilled water; automatically performs distillation and absorption operations.
Protective features include evaporation furnace water level monitoring, dry-burn protection, condensate flow rate monitoring, and condensate tube temperature detection.
High-capacity 16GB storage, capable of storing up to 5 million test results.
Test results are exported as Excel spreadsheets and can be copied directly to a USB drive.
Test results can be printed and uploaded in batches.
High-speed thermal printer automatically prints test reports upon completion.
Wi-Fi connectivity allows test results to be uploaded directly to the platform.
Program-controlled activation and deactivation of the condensate drain to conserve water.
Condensate flow rate monitoring with low-flow rate alarms.
Multiple safety protections for evaporator water level, temperature, and pressure.
Constructed with highly corrosion-resistant components.
