Fully Automatic Salt Iodine Analyzer Based on GB/T 13025.7-2012 “General Test Methods for Salt Industry - Determination of Iodine,” this instrument employs high-resolution visual sensors that simulate human vision to precisely identify endpoint detection technology. It automatically recognizes the titration endpoint through solution color changes.
The fully automatic salt-iodine analyzer is suitable for the fully automated determination and analysis of iodine in various edible salts (iodinated with iodate, iodinated with reducing substances, or iodinated with iodides). It can perform iodine detection in salt and can be customized to include potassium permanganate and water hardness testing based on customer requirements.
Three-dimensional motorized gripper enables rapid, silent sample movement.
Automated reagent dispensing and titration with sampling accuracy < 1% and titration precision of 1µL.
High-resolution visual sensor mimicking human eye precision for endpoint detection, automatically identifying titration endpoints via solution color changes.
Removable sample rack accommodates at least 54 samples simultaneously for continuous, uninterrupted testing. Samples can be added in real-time during experiments, with the system automatically completing the testing process.
Automated titration, endpoint determination, and titration pump calibration ensure result accuracy.
Test methods: Direct titration and redox titration interfaces switch freely.
Constant-temperature electric heating plate digestion position.
Incorporates titration video recording functionality.
Calibration Capability: The instrument features calibration functionality. Users may prepare reagents independently and calibrate the concentration of titrant solutions using the instrument. Alternatively, pre-calibrated titrant solution concentrations may be directly input, eliminating the need for separate calibration.
Integrated automatic transfer and dispensing system: Simply place sample cups on the sample tray, and the instrument automatically transfers samples, cleans tubing, dispenses reagents, titrates to endpoint, completes analysis, and displays results.
Equipped with a reagent bottle storage area, featuring a safety level alarm that alerts users to replenish reagents when levels are low.
Safety features: The instrument includes an emergency stop button to halt operation instantly in critical situations.
Wireless connectivity with mobile devices enables real-time monitoring of the testing process via a dedicated mobile app.
