Microwave Digestion Instrument operates on the principle of combining microwave body heating with high-pressure chemical reactions. Microwaves emitted by the core magnetron are absorbed by polar molecules (such as water and acids) within the digestion vessels, inducing high-speed molecular oscillation and friction. This achieves rapid, uniform heating from within the sample, significantly reducing pretreatment time.

To ensure precise process control, the instrument employs non-contact infrared temperature sensing technology, continuously monitoring temperature changes in each reaction vessel throughout the process. Its unique 360° co-directional continuous rotation design guarantees uniform heating of all samples, delivering excellent result consistency. Multiple built-in safety mechanisms automatically halt microwave emission and activate pressure relief protection upon detecting abnormal temperature or pressure, unifying efficiency with safety.
