The Intelligent Seed Grading Analysis System is designed for precise seed grading of various crop types (including grains, corn, wheat, rapeseed, etc.) and insect infestation counting analysis in grain storage facilities. It can also be used for counting smooth-surfaced insects or insect eggs (such as rice weevils, aphids, silkworm eggs, fish roe, etc.), and serves as a seed purity workbench for seed purity testing.
The 12-megapixel color camera with large depth of field and A3-size ultra-thin backlight panel features automatic correction for camera image distortion and backlight uniformity, effectively minimizing dimensional measurement errors.
Capable of automatically analyzing large batches of imaged seed particles. Analyzed seed diameters range from 0.5 to 20 mm. For rice seeds, viable grains and empty grains require air-classification prior to separate counting and analysis.
Fully automatic counting speed: 1,200 to 20,000 seeds per minute. Counting error ≤ ±0.1 to 0.4%, achieving near-perfect accuracy with minimal manual correction. The precision error for fully automatic thousand-grain weight analysis is ≤±0.5%. For smaller seeds (e.g., rapeseed, vegetable seeds), batch testing capacity ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 seeds.
Customizable one-click analysis wizards can be created based on practical needs. Suitable for automatic and precise seed testing of various crops including rice, wheat, corn, legumes, rapeseed, melon seeds, and vegetable seeds; automatic insect counting in grain storage facilities; and analysis of germination rates and uniformity. Displays and outputs counting results.
Automatically measures individual shape parameters (length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter, perimeter, etc.) for all types of adhered seeds. Precisely displays the bounding rectangle around each seed, automatically sorts and outputs results, and generates particle size distribution charts.
Features self-learning and re-learning capabilities for analyzing target colors and shapes, enabling automatic classification and variety comparison.
The analysis process is fully computer-controlled, ensuring high efficiency, accuracy, and user-friendliness. It offers true one-click operation—results appear instantly with a single mouse click. Features automatic input interfaces for sample barcodes and RS232 weight data from electronic balances.
Samples can be added or deleted via mouse selection, or manually counted on-screen to ensure 100% accurate personalized counting within the target area. Counting is also possible within any selected range or rectangular area within the workspace field of view.
Analysis image results can be saved, automatically generating summary reports. Statistical analysis results can be exported and saved to Excel spreadsheets, along with sorted charts and measurement diagrams output by width, length, area, etc.
