Ultraviolet Flue Gas Analyzer

Ultraviolet Flue Gas Analyzer

  • Product Number:LD-1204
  • Product Difference:Measures SO₂, NO, NO₂, and NH₃ in flue gas; optional O₂, CO, H₂S, and CO₂ sensors are available to measure gas concentrations

Product Introduction

The Model 1204 utilizes ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (UV-DAS) technology to measure SO₂, NO, NO₂, and NH₃ in flue gas. Optional O₂, CO, H₂S, and CO₂ sensors are available for measuring gas concentrations. UV-DAS technology is less susceptible to moisture interference, offering excellent data stability and high accuracy, making it particularly suitable for high-humidity, low-sulfur operating conditions. The instrument features an integrated design for easy portability. It is widely used in environmental protection, public health, labor safety, work safety supervision, military, scientific research, and education sectors for routine or emergency air monitoring.

Product Features

  • Utilizes the thermal-humidimetric method to measure SO2, NO, and NO2 in flue gas, making it suitable for high-humidity, low-sulfur conditions and preventing loss of flue gas component concentrations caused by condensation.

  • Features a built-in humidity measurement module, as well as external dynamic and static pressure ports and a flue gas temperature port, enabling simultaneous measurement of flue gas temperature, flow velocity, and humidity.

  • Features a dual-range analysis design that automatically switches between high and low ranges based on SO₂ concentration.

  • Fast heating speed and short warm-up time, quickly meeting on-site measurement requirements.

  • Equipped with a titanium alloy vacuum insulation tube for excellent thermal insulation.

  • Includes a high-temperature extension tube to accommodate various operating conditions.

  • Features a built-in lithium battery, enabling data retrieval, USB export, and Bluetooth printing.

  • Equipped with a built-in Bluetooth module and USB port, enabling Bluetooth printing and data export functions.
