Product Introduction

This instrument is based on anodic stripping voltammetry and strictly complies with national standards. It is specifically designed for the rapid detection of trace heavy metals in grains (edible agricultural products). It features two independent detection channels, allowing for simultaneous, customized, and differentiated testing, which significantly improves testing efficiency. It is suitable for a variety of scenarios, including self-inspection by food manufacturers, rapid testing by market regulators, and screening during grain collection and storage.

The detection principle employs anodic stripping voltammetry, and the process is as follows:
Sample Preparation: After grinding the sample, an extraction solution is used to leach out heavy metal ions.
Enrichment: A negative voltage is applied, causing the metal ions to be reduced and enriched on the surface of the working electrode.
Stripping: A reverse scanning voltage is applied, causing the enriched metals to be reoxidized and stripped off, producing characteristic “stripping peaks.”
Quantification: Qualitative analysis is based on peak potential, while quantitative analysis is based on peak current; content is calculated by comparing the results to a standard curve.

Applicable standards include JJF 2037-2023 “Calibration Specification for Portable Anodic Stripping Voltammetric Heavy Metal Analyzers,” GB 2762-2022 “National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Limits for Contaminants in Food,” and T/GXAGS 010-2025 “Rapid Simultaneous Determination of Cadmium and Lead in Rice—Anodic Stripping Voltammetry.”
