The Fully Enclosed Bacterial Collection Incubator is an auxiliary device for sterility testing designed in accordance with the requirements of the *Chinese Pharmacopoeia* and is intended for use with disposable, fully enclosed bacterial collection filter incubators. The instrument features a hygienic-grade L304 stainless steel monoblock housing with a dead-space-free design that is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, meeting the cleanliness standards for sterile rooms and microbiology laboratories. The device achieves stable filtration through directional pressurized delivery via a peristaltic pump, ensuring that microorganisms in the test samples are uniformly retained on the 0.22 μm or 0.45 μm microporous filter membrane, thereby providing a reliable foundation for subsequent culturing.

The fully enclosed microbial collection and culture system is suitable for sterility testing and microbial limit testing in fields such as pharmaceuticals, biological products, medical devices, food and beverages, and environmental monitoring. It can be used for microbial filtration and collection of samples including purified water, water for injection, injectables, biological products, contact lens solutions, food and beverages, water samples, and medical device extraction solutions, making it a commonly used pretreatment device for quality control and scientific research testing.
