The constant-temperature liquid hydrometer uses Peltier temperature control technology to maintain the sample liquid at 20°C. It then uses an electromagnetic field to induce oscillations in a U-tube, and calculates the density of the sample liquid based on the oscillation frequency. It can test most liquids (excluding high-viscosity liquids and those that corrode glass, such as hydrogen fluoride) and, thanks to its practicality, reliability, high accuracy, and high measurement precision, is widely used in analytical fields such as beverages and food, petrochemicals, inspection and quarantine, and metrological calibration.
The constant-temperature liquid densitometer can also be used in conjunction with density-to-concentration conversion software for the corresponding liquid to directly display concentration values. It features functions such as calibration, sampling, temperature control, testing, cleaning, drying, operational prompts, a viewing window, density curves, a sample library, data storage, data statistics, and result printing, making it more convenient to use and maintain.
Touchscreen: Direct touchscreen operation makes settings more convenient and offers a wider range of functions.
Temperature Control: Incorporates Peltier temperature control technology for more precise testing.
Peristaltic Pump: Prevents backflow and leakage, maintains a constant flow rate, and ensures higher precision and greater stability in repeat testing.
Sample Library: Stores 100 sets of preset sample properties for selection during testing.
High-Definition Real-Time Video: Facilitates observation of conditions inside the U-shaped glass tube during sample loading, cleaning, and drying.
Calibration Function: When air value drift occurs due to prolonged inactivity or other reasons, the instrument can be calibrated using pure water as a standard.
Density Curve: Allows real-time observation of changes in the density of the sample in the tube.
Data Storage: Stores up to 100 sets of test records and performs statistical analysis on the most recent n records to calculate the average, maximum, and minimum values.
Result Printing: Equipped with a printer to print test results.
Other: Corrosion-resistant tubing is available to meet testing requirements for corrosive liquids.
Audit Trail: The system can store 2,000 audit trail entries, allowing users to trace back from processed results to the source data for auditing and error detection.
