Product Introduction

The chemical concentration rotary evaporator is an advanced piece of laboratory equipment widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biopharmaceutical industries. It is specifically designed for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery, and is capable of meeting the demands of high-efficiency experiments.

Under vacuum conditions, this equipment uses constant-temperature heating to rotate the rotary flask at a constant speed, causing the material to form a large-area film on the flask wall, thereby achieving rapid and efficient evaporation. Solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered into a collection flask, significantly improving evaporation efficiency. This feature makes it particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of heat-sensitive or easily decomposable bioproducts.

Our chemical concentration rotary evaporators can be integrated with a variety of equipment, including recirculating water vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, cryogenic (vacuum) pumps, recirculating chillers, thermostatic circulators, and cryogenic coolant circulation pumps, to build efficient experimental systems that meet diverse experimental requirements.
