Nucleic Acid and Protein Concentration Analyzer

Nucleic Acid and Protein Concentration Analyzer

  • Product Number:LD-CF80
  • Product Difference:Detect the absorbance of transparent solutions to determine sample concentration, particularly suitable for quantifying nucleic acid and protein solutions

Product Introduction

The Nucleic Acid and Protein Concentration Analyzer measures the absorbance of transparent solutions to determine sample concentration, making it particularly suitable for quantifying nucleic acid and protein solutions. Its spectrophotometer functions cover both ultraviolet and visible wavelengths, enabling full-wavelength scanning. Integrated OD600 detection capability allows for measuring the concentration of bacterial cultures and other media.

Nucleic Acid and Protein Concentration Detectors are widely used across diverse fields including clinical disease diagnosis, blood transfusion safety, forensic identification, environmental microbial testing, food safety inspection, and molecular biology research.

Product Features

  • Ultra-low sample loading platform: Requires minimal sample volume, with detection achievable using just 0.3 to 2.5 μl.

  • High-precision motor controls optical path length, enabling automatic switching between 0.02–1.0 mm. This accommodates both high- and low-concentration samples without requiring additional dilution or concentration, achieving an upper detection limit up to 500 times that of conventional UV-Vis spectrophotometers.

  • Utilizes an imported high-brightness xenon lamp as the light source, offering extended lifespan, stable performance, and no warm-up time—enabling immediate testing upon startup.

  • Employs an imported new-generation CMOS sensor to deliver more accurate nucleic acid and protein detection results. Demonstrates excellent repeatability, particularly in protein concentration measurements, with outstanding gradient dilution test fitting performance.

  • Open parameter editing: Users can input custom extinction coefficients for nucleic acids and proteins, select detection wavelengths, and configure bespoke assays.

  • Supports OD600 detection for measuring cell, bacterial culture, and yeast growth density, offering comprehensive functionality in a single instrument.

  • All-in-one design: Utilizes a deeply customized Android system to independently complete sample detection and analysis. Simple operation requires no additional computer configuration and occupies minimal space.

  • 7-inch capacitive touchscreen allows operation while wearing gloves. Intuitive and easy-to-use interface ensures a smooth user experience.

  • Flexible Data Export Options: Stores approximately 100,000 test records. Data can be exported via USB interface in Excel, TXT, or spectral image formats. Built-in thermal printer enables rapid paper-based data retrieval.
