Product Introduction

The grain heavy metal detector employs fluorescent quantitative rapid detection technology, primarily targeting the detection of lead and cadmium in grain, oil, cereals, and feed. The testing scope includes grain cereals (rice, corn, wheat, barley, sorghum, etc.) and their products, feed and its raw materials, edible oils, milk and its products, etc. Sample pretreatment is simple, and the entire testing process takes 12 minutes. The product is suitable for local grain warehouses, grain production enterprises, feed mills, various livestock and poultry farming enterprises, flour mills, food processing plants, third-party testing institutions, and regulatory authorities at all levels.

  • High stability: Utilizes imported fluorescent microspheres with uniform particle size, ensuring product stability from the source and excellent reproducibility within and between batches.

  • The test strips can be stored at room temperature without refrigeration; after testing, the strips can be dried and stored for up to one year, ensuring traceability of results.

  • Low system requirements: Minimal requirements for pre-processing instruments, equipment, and personnel; operators can master the process with minimal training.
