Fluorescent immunoassay technology is a novel membrane detection technique based on the specific immune response between antigens and antibodies. In this method, the analyte first binds to the fluorescently labeled antibody under the action of the mobile phase, and then binds to the coated antibody at the detection line to form a “sandwich” structure with the double-antibody sandwich.
