Product Introduction

The aquatic product antibiotic detector can quickly test for chloramphenicol, malachite green, tetracycline, nitrofuran, sulfonamide, quinolone fluoroquinolone, florfenicol, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, sulfadiazine, and diazepam. For example, the chloramphenicol rapid detection card completes the entire testing process in approximately 30 minutes, with a sensitivity of 0.3 μg/kg (ppb). This rapid testing system is an integrated food safety rapid testing and analysis device, widely used in farmers' markets, seafood markets, food and meat product processing enterprises, food and drug administration bureaus, health departments, aquaculture farms, inspection and quarantine departments, agricultural departments, third-party institutions, and other organizations.

The instrument utilizes the principle of immunosorbent assay (ISA). When chloramphenicol in the sample moves laterally, it binds to colloidal gold-labeled specific monoclonal antibodies, thereby inhibiting the binding of chloramphenicol-BSA conjugates on the NC membrane detection line, enabling rapid determination of chloramphenicol residues.
