Product Introduction

This meat disease detection instrument is an integrated, all-in-one rapid food safety testing and analysis device, widely used by market supervision bureaus, food and meat product processing enterprises, school canteens, health departments, livestock departments, slaughterhouses, and inspection and quarantine departments.

The diseased meat detector can quickly detect diseased meat, histamine, and volatile basic nitrogen. The instrument reserves additional testing programs and ports for other projects, allowing users to conveniently add new testing items as needed in the future.

GB 2707-2005 “Hygiene Standards for Fresh (Frozen) Livestock Meat” stipulates that TVB-N in fresh livestock products and frozen livestock products should be ≤15 mg/100g;
GB 16869-2005 “Hygiene Standards for Fresh (Frozen) Poultry Meat” stipulates that TVB-N in fresh poultry products and frozen poultry products should be ≤15 mg/100g;
GB 2733-2005 “Hygiene Standards for Fresh (Frozen) Animal-Based Aquatic Products” stipulates that TVB-N in seawater fish, shrimp, and cephalopods should be ≤30 mg/100g, and TVB-N in freshwater fish and shrimp should be ≤20 mg/100g;
