Product Introduction

The microbial aerosol concentrator is developed based on the Anderson impaction principle. It consists of two sections: the impact chamber and the collection chamber. The impact chamber comprises an impact plate and a receiving plate.

This product complies with the requirements of the standard GB/T 18204.5-2013 “Sanitary Inspection Methods for Public Places - Part 5: Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems” and the health industry standard WS 394-2012 “Sanitary Specifications for Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places.” It collects air from central air conditioning supply systems to detect Legionella pneumophila. Its high sampling flow rate rapidly concentrates target particles within the sampler, preventing loss of biological activity associated with prolonged sampling and enhancing the device's field practicality.

Product Features

  • The specialized design of the high-efficiency glass impaction bottle capture device requires a high-flow sonic air sampling pump to capture airborne microorganisms (such as bacteria, fungi, pollen, viruses) and their byproducts—including endotoxins, mycotoxins, and other particulates—for subsequent analysis.

  • The nozzle head features three tangential bends with critical or sonic flow orifices, each allowing 4.2 liters per minute of air to pass through. Together, they achieve a flow rate of approximately 12.5 liters per minute.

  • Enables effective capture of total bioaerosol or live bioaerosol for over 8 hours.

  • Dual-channel simultaneous collection with manual flow adjustment. Equipped with a height-adjustable pan-tilt mount, allowing sampling head height adjustment up to 3 meters (or 4 meters with optional accessory) based on field conditions.
